About the role
Senior Product Designer
OneByZero is a Frontier Systems Integrator building agentic AI systems for leading banks, telcos, insurers, and retailers across Asia Pacific. We work on mission-critical problems for organizations operating the region's financial and digital infrastructure.
You’ll shape how enterprise users build and work with AI coworkers, working directly with product and engineering. You’ll go from ambiguity to a working prototype fast, often by vibe coding or vibe designing, and hold a high bar for taste.
What You Will Do
- Own design end to end, from problem framing and research to shipped UI.
- Turn complex enterprise workflows into simple, usable experiences.
- Prototype in days with AI-assisted tools and put them in front of customers and engineers.
- Track UX patterns across AI, agent, and enterprise products, and adapt what works.
- Evolve our design system and review what ships against design intent.
What you’ll bring
What We Are Looking For
- 5–8 years in UI, design, and product roles.
- Strong product sense, taste, and customer orientation.
- High agency and ownership. You find the problem and drive it to shipped.
- Vibe coding / vibe design: hands-on with AI-assisted prototyping tools.
- Enterprise design context: proven work on complex B2B software (dense workflows, roles and permissions, admin and governance).
- A portfolio of shipped work with your decisions and outcomes.
Nice to have
- Engineering background or comfort with front-end code.
- Experience designing AI or agent products.
