Job Requirements:
What We Look For
To succeed in this role, you should bring strong technical leadership and deep expertise in core payments engineering:
- 7-12 years of experience managing or leading payment systems engineering teams
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and cloud services like AWS, including monitoring tools such as Prometheus
- Strong understanding of payment protocols (ISO 8583, ISO 20022), payment gateway technologies, and security standards like PCI DSS
- Hands-on experience with OAuth2, JWT, Linux environments, Oracle and MySQL databases
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders
