About the role
Role Overview:
This is a client-facing strategy and transformation role focused on connecting client business objectives with OneByZero’s technical and delivery teams. You would be involved in understanding client challenges, mapping business processes, identifying transformation opportunities, designing AI-enabled workflows and helping clients realize measurable business value.
Lead discovery sessions and process-mapping activities with client stakeholders.
Identify workflow bottlenecks, operational inefficiencies, risk areas and transformation opportunities.
Support development of business value cases across cost reduction, productivity improvement, risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
Work closely with Architects and Engineering teams to translate business problems into structured workflows and implementation-ready requirements.
Create functional specifications, BRDs, user stories, workflow documentation and acceptance criteria.
Partner with UX/UI and engineering teams to ensure business workflows are translated into scalable user experiences.
Use AI tools and workflow prototyping platforms to validate ideas and accelerate stakeholder alignment.
Support functional testing, test scenario development, UAT/SIT activities and delivery documentation.
Contribute to pre-sales activities including discovery workshops, proposal inputs and value case development.
What you’ll bring
Ideal Background
Experience in management consulting, enterprise technology strategy, business analysis, product management, solution consulting or related roles.
- Experience within banking, financial services, insurance, telecommunications or large enterprise environments.
- Strong exposure to stakeholder workshops, process mapping, workflow design and business requirements documentation.
- Ability to build measurable business value cases and define clear business outcomes.
- Experience working with engineering, product, UX/UI and delivery teams.
- Exposure to AI, GenAI, automation, data platforms or cloud transformation would be highly relevant.
