Job Description:
Senior QA Engineer - International IT services and digital transformation, Thailand
This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of end-to-end software systems, particularly within e-commerce environments. The position involves both automation and manual testing, working closely with developers and project teams to improve software quality, reduce defects, and strengthen testing processes.
- Take responsibility for software quality across end-to-end e-commerce systems
- Design and create test cases and test scripts based on business and technical use cases
- Work closely with developers to define test criteria and develop automated tests
- Execute test plans and prepare test reports covering evaluation, testing, and defect correction
- Perform manual testing, automation testing, end-to-end testing, and regression testing
- Identify software bugs through manual testing, automate
- Continuously improve existing and new testing processes
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
- Mentor junior SDET or QA team member
Technical Environment:
- Automation tools: WebDriverIO, Appium, Playwright, Newman, Postman
- Programming languages: JavaScript, TypeScript
- Testing areas: API testing, backend testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing
- Database exposure: SQL

Experience in software testing
- Strong experience across both manual and automation testing
- Proven experience across all phases of the QA and project lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, frameworks, tools, and processes
- Good knowledge of databases and SQL
- Scripting experience is a plus
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a multicultural team
