Key Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a seasoned program management professional with strong expertise in the following areas:
- 8-12 years of experience leading complex IT or insurance technology programs, preferably with enterprise platform modernization focus
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and stakeholder engagement in multicultural settings
- Demonstrated ability in vendor management, cloud migration (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and data migration initiatives
- Fluent Japanese required; English skills are a plus
- Experience with Power BI for program reporting and advanced stakeholder communication
