Job Requirements:
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a skilled, proactive senior professional with a solid track record in customer success, particularly within FinTech or SaaS environments.
- 3-8 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles.
- Fluency in Japanese and strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and customer success tools like Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Totango.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management, negotiation, and driving customer retention.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with FinTech products, payments industry, and cross-functional collaboration.
