As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at HackerTrail - Recruitment Solutions, you will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle within the dynamic international trade and development sector.
Leverage your expertise in executive search, bilingual communication, and stakeholder management to build strong talent pipelines that support our clients’ growth objectives in the Japanese market.
Job Requirements:
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:
- 3-8 years experience in agency recruitment or headhunting, preferably within technology or international trade sectors
- Fluency in Japanese and English to effectively engage with Japanese-speaking clients and candidates
- Proven track record in delivering quality placements - this is a 180, delivery only role. No BD needed.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build lasting business relationships
