What You’ll Bring
To succeed as our Director of Product Operations, you should have:
- 10-15 years’ experience leading operations in FinTech or financial services, especially payments and card issuing.
- Strong expertise in regulatory compliance, including KYC, AML, PSD2, and PCI DSS standards.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams, driving product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving mindset with deep knowledge of risk management and platform SaaS ecosystems.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across banking, payments, and open banking technology sectors.
- Ability to optimize processes and lead innovation that fuels sustainable business growth.
