What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should demonstrate foundational expertise and eagerness to grow in the following areas:
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with NPU, AI accelerator, or neural processor design and development
- Proficiency in low-level programming languages such as C and Python, with solid debugging and performance profiling skills
- Knowledge of hardware-software interface, RTL (Verilog/VHDL), and compiler frameworks like TensorRT, TVM, or XLA
- Strong problem-solving abilities combined with excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with ASIC or FPGA platforms, on-chip communication, and performance optimization techniques
