Job Requirements:
What You’ll Bring
We’re seeking a proven leader with strong backend expertise and a deep understanding of payment systems.
- 6-11 years in backend development with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Proficient in Payment systems including post-payment workflows like settlement, reconciliation, and fraud detection.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and distributed cloud infrastructure.
- Demonstrated leadership managing engineering teams and driving complex projects end-to-end.
- Experience with real-time payments, batch processing, and payment compliance standards such as PCI DSS and ISO 27001 is a plus.
