Job Description:

Join Our Client's Singapore IT Support Team

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be the frontline hero providing exceptional technical support to users across diverse environments. Your expertise will empower teams by resolving issues swiftly, ensuring seamless access to technology, and contributing to a collaborative and innovative IT services company.
Working alongside experienced professionals, you will support critical systems including Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory while enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing IT infrastructure in fast-paced settings.
Job Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have strong hands-on experience in IT support and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Key qualifications include:
  • 3-8 years experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk roles
  • Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365/Microsoft 365, and Exchange
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, networking, and software issues
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, or Zendesk
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with ability to mentor junior staff
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and remote support tools is advantageous
