Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Support project by delivering project deliverables and completing project milestones
- Responsible for configuration, installation of servers, networks and related hardware and software
- Coordinate with external parties (including vendors) and customers for problem implementation and resolutions
- Prepare and Participate in System Acceptance Tests (including security) with external vendors and customers
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise
- Develop and maintain technical and configuration documentation
Job Requirements:
Pre-requisition
Applicants should meet the following qualifications and skills:
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Working experience in Virtualisation is an advantage
- Willingness and capacity to learn new technologies and tools for the continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Strong verbal and communication skill
- Self-motivated with the ability to drive deliverables
