In this pivotal role, you will help drive AXA Japan I&T transformation, develop and implement our strategic plan while managing key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally. Key responsibilities
- Drive continuous I&T transformation by evolving ways of working, governance processes and execution models, using data-driven insights to improve how transformation is realized
- Supports the development and refinement of the I&T strategic plan ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and industry best practices
- Contributes to shape the company's digital and technology future by leading strategic initiatives aligned with corporate growth plans
- Assists in risk management and regulatory compliance activities related to I&T projects
- Works alongside senior leaders and cross-functional teams, gaining valuable exposure to enterprise-wide transformation projects
- Drives meaningful change in the insurance and financial services industry, helping modernize core processes and adopt innovative technologies

Job Requirements:
Required Skills and Experiences
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields. Certifications in project management or strategic planning are a plus
- Professional Experience: 3-4 years of experience in strategic consulting, management consulting, or working on enterprise transformation projects, ideally within the insurance, banking, or financial services sectors
- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex business problems, develop strategic recommendations, and translate them into actionable plans
- Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in working with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, and influencing decision-making
- Project Management: Familiarity with managing or supporting large-scale projects
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, resilience, and a passion for innovation and continuous learning
