About the role
What You Will Do
- Lead delivery execution for client engagements across the assigned country or market.
- Own programme planning, delivery governance, stakeholder alignment and execution tracking.
- Manage senior client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact for delivery progress, risks and decisions.
- Partner with engineering leaders, architects and product teams to translate business goals into clear delivery plans.
- Drive clarity across scope, priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks and success criteria.
- Identify delivery risks early and work with teams to resolve blockers before they impact outcomes.
- Push back constructively with clients and internal teams when expectations, scope or timelines are unrealistic.
- Ensure delivery teams are aligned on commitments, milestones, quality standards and client expectations.
- Support estimation, planning, resourcing and delivery readiness for new and ongoing engagements.
- Contribute to delivery practices, governance standards and repeatable processes that improve execution across the firm.
- Provide regular status updates, escalation management and executive-level communication where needed.
- Help maintain a balance between client satisfaction, engineering quality and commercial delivery outcomes.
What you’ll bring
What They Are Looking For
Experience in technology delivery, programme management, technical project management or client-facing delivery leadership.
- Strong experience managing enterprise technology programmes, ideally across AI, data, cloud, digital transformation or software engineering.
- Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of software delivery, cloud platforms, data platforms, APIs, integration, SDLC and agile delivery practices.
- Experience working with distributed teams across engineering, architecture, product, QA, DevOps and business stakeholders.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous requirements and drive teams towards clear outcomes.
- Strong risk management, dependency management, escalation and governance experience.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions, pushing back professionally and protecting delivery quality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to operate across executive, business and technical audiences.
- Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, telecom, insurance or enterprise technology is strongly valued.
- Prior experience in consulting, systems integration, professional services, enterprise delivery or client-facing product delivery would be highly relevant.
