What You'll Need to Succeed
We are looking for a proactive QA Lead with strong technical and leadership capabilities. Key qualifications include:
- 4-9 years of experience in test management within Insurance, Financial Services, or IT sectors
- Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium and Playwright
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with test planning and defect management
- Expertise in System Integration Testing (SIT) and regression testing practices
- Fluent Japanese (N2 level or higher) and professional English communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and vendor management experience preferred
