Account Manager
Our client is a global operations company supporting language, data, and technology initiatives across multiple industries. They build scalable contributor ecosystems and operational programs that enable organizations to deliver high-quality services through distributed teams, structured workflows, and quality-driven processes.
Role Overview:
- Collaborate across operations, quality, engineering, and business functions to manage complex programs, optimize workflows, and deliver consistent outcomes at scale.
- Oversee the successful execution and delivery of data and language operations programs supporting Mandarin-speaking markets.
- You will serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, operations teams, quality stakeholders, and contributors.
- You will be responsible for managing project delivery, maintaining quality standards, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that client requirements are translated into scalable operational processes.
- You should have strong account management and project delivery experience with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead distributed teams in fast-paced environments.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of data and language operations programs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate project requirements, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Monitor key operational metrics, quality performance, turnaround times, and service levels
- Lead and support distributed contributor teams to achieve quality and productivity targets
- Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Recruitment, and Technical teams to ensure project success
- Conduct performance reviews, audits, and root cause analysis to address operational challenges
- Manage resource planning, staffing requirements, and workflow optimization initiatives
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and risk management processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and contributor experience
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, operations, or delivery management
- Experience supporting multilingual operations, BPO, content operations, or data-related programs
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams
- Experience with quality frameworks, KPI management, and service delivery
- Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in delivery-driven environments
- Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, and operational reporting is preferred
Required Skills:
- Native or professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
- Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to translate requirements into scalable workflows and operational processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Familiarity with project management and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in fast-paced environments
