Job Summary

Our client, a venture-backed Enterprise SaaS platform is looking for an Account Executive with proven enterprise sales experience to drive commercial opportunities for their organisation across Singapore and APAC.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt, qualify, and manage sales opportunities to secure commercial deals within enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate with commercial leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and map target accounts, then execute strategic sales plans
  • Identify new business opportunities and design comprehensive account development strategies, engagement plans, and targets for assigned industries
  • Articulate their value proposition and product capabilities to influence key decision-makers and establish company credibility
  • Align sales strategies and approaches with overarching business goals to drive aggressive growth
  • Ensure all customer requirements meet their quality standards throughout the commercial process
  • Manage and guide junior and mid-level sales team members to achieve commercial objectives
  • Leverage structured sales methodologies, such as the Challenger sale, to advance sales processes
  • Utilize existing channel and partner networks to fulfill transactions effectively
  • Operate independently in fast-paced environments to achieve sales goals without reliance on external teams
  • Engage actively in highly motivated teams committed to the company mission
Job Requirements:

Required competencies and certifications

Candidates should meet the following criteria:
  • 5+ years of direct B2B/enterprise cybersecurity product or consultancy sales experience in fast-paced environments
  • Experience selling cybersecurity technology to enterprise accounts in highly regulated markets (e.g., banking, insurance)
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, organizational vulnerability testing practices, and competitive market landscape
  • Understanding of senior stakeholder (CXO) buying cycles and enterprise technology procurement processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience managing sales personnel and guiding team members to meet commercial targets
  • Familiarity with structured sales processes and methodologies such as the Challenger sale
  • Ability to leverage channel and partner networks to support sales transactions
